Our opening fundraiser and season kick-off. Grizelle Apodaca returns this year as the hostess with the mostess, while husband El Quemoso, Gilbert Apodaca leads our distinguished panel of judges in this years battle for the best Chile! Fr. Kieran returns this year with his Holy Chile - guaranteed to burn the Devil out of you - ready to take on contestants who think they can beat his Chile from a Higher Power! Our silent auction, always a great success, will contain items hotter than some of our best Chile's! Don't go away empty handed - there is something for everyone!

$30 pp, $50 couple, contestants enter free.
All you can eat Appetizers and Chile! Water, Soda, & Café.
