Date:  May 5th - May 9th

Today is Earth Day!  Do your part to celebrate and protect.this miraculous planet on which we live.

The 7th graders are still recycling all types of paper (not cardboard though) to start earning money for their 8th grade year - the field trip, etc.  Please bring junk mail, newspapers, magazines, etc. to the yellow and green recycle bins located by the fence at the  north-east corner of the school.  Let your relatives and neighbors know about this too.  All proceeds go to this class! 

Note from Mrs. Salamone: I will be STRICTLY following the late homework policy for junior high. If a student does not have an assignment on the day it is due, he or shee can turn it in the next day for half credit. If not turned in the next day, it will be a zero. Corrections on worksheets are still due the day of the chapter test. Absent work wil still be accepted after the "next day" policy.

Quiz Bowl Team meets on Monday And Wednesday mornings from 7:15 to 7:45.

Math Team meets on Tuesdat and Thursday mornings form 7:15 to 7:45. (Both in Mrs. Salamone's room)
