A CATHOLIC MIDDLE SCHOOL YOUTH MINISTRY. IT PROVIDES A SAFE, FUN PLACE FOR YOUTH TO FIND SOLID CATHOLIC COMMUNITY, TO GET ANSWERS TO THEIR QUESTIONS ABOUT FAITH, AND, MOST IMPORTANTLY, TO EXPERIENCE JESUS IN A PROFOUND AND PERSONAL WAY.

OUR MISSION
EDGE is a youth ministry program with a strong focus on the Eucharist and is a parish-based, Catholic-centered ministry for all middle school teens. The goal of EDGE is to create an environment to lead teens into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and the Catholic Church. It speaks to teens on all levels: emotional, intellectual, social, and spiritual.
Each EDGE Night falls under one of three categories: catechetical, issue, or social. The primary objective is to encourage teens to realize a deeper relationship with Christ and to challenge them to live their faith as they carry out their daily lives. Teens experience this sharing in an atmosphere of love and acceptance from their peers and the adult leaders who are there to assist them in their journey.

THREE WAYS WE SERVE
EDGE Night - Every week, we have an EDGE Night open to all middle-schoolers. The topics can be catechetical, issue-related, or social. The primary objective is to encourage teens to realize a deeper relationship with Christ and to challenge them to live their faith as they carry out their daily lives. Teens experience this sharing in an atmosphere of love and acceptance from their peers and the adult leaders who are there to assist them in their journey.
Retreats - once a year, EDGE puts on a day-long retreat for middle-schoolers where we dive deeper into our faith. These events are amazing!
CAMPS - OVER THE SUMMER, WE TAKE A GROUP OF MIDDLE-SCHOOLERS TO A TRANSFORMATIONAL WEEK-LONG CAMP IN CALIFORNIA.
OUR YEARLY THEME - WITH EVERY BREATH
With Every Breath draws us into the reality that the breath of God has always brought life, renewal, and transformation. From creation to the prophets to Pentecost, Scripture reveals a God who moves through breath, wind, and Spirit.
In a world where so many teens feel anxious, distracted, and overwhelmed, this theme reminds us that God is nearer than they realize. The Holy Spirit is not distant or reserved for extraordinary moments. He is present now—moving in ordinary moments, quiet prayers, daily surrender, and every breath we are given.
Every breath is a gift. Every breath is grace. Every breath is an invitation.
With Every Breath calls teens and leaders to slow down, recognize the Spirit already at work, and live with a deeper awareness of God’s presence each day. It is an invitation to notice the Spirit in daily life, surrender control and trust His movement, move from anxiety to peace, and from striving to surrender.
Our hope is not only that young people learn about the Holy Spirit, but that they encounter Him personally—and discover that when the Spirit moves, everything changes.
