LIFE TEEN IS A CATHOLIC HIGH SCHOOL YOUTH MINISTRY. IT PROVIDES A PLACE FOR TEENS TO FIND SOLID CATHOLIC COMMUNITY, TO GET ANSWERS TO THEIR QUESTIONS ABOUT FAITH, AND, MOST IMPORTANTLY, TO EXPERIENCE JESUS IN A PROFOUND AND PERSONAL WAY.

OUR MISSION
Life Teen is a comprehensive youth ministry program with a strong focus on the Eucharist. The goal of Life Teen is to create an environment to lead teens into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ and the Catholic Church. It speaks to teens on all levels: emotional, intellectual, social, and spiritual.
Life Teen is on a four-year cycle specifically to make sure all high-schoolers have the opportunity to attend all four years of their high-school career without hearing the same exact topics. So whether a teen has come before or not, have their Sacraments or not, or even if they’re Catholic or not…they’re welcome to join us for Life Teen!
TWO WAYS WE SERVE
Life Night - Weekly we have an on-campus event called a “Life Night” open to all high-schoolers. The topics can be catechetical, issue-related, or social. The primary objective is to encourage teens to realize a deeper relationship with Christ and to challenge them to live their faith as they carry out their daily lives. Teens experience this sharing in an atmosphere of love and acceptance from their peers and the adult leaders who are there to assist them in their journey.
Retreats - At least twice a year, Life Teen puts on weekend-long retreats for high-schoolers where we get out of town and dive deeper into our faith. These events are life-changing and highly encouraged!
OUR YEARLY THEME - WITH EVERY BREATH
With Every Breath draws us into the reality that the breath of God has always brought life, renewal, and transformation. From creation to the prophets to Pentecost, Scripture reveals a God who moves through breath, wind, and Spirit.
In a world where so many teens feel anxious, distracted, and overwhelmed, this theme reminds us that God is nearer than they realize. The Holy Spirit is not distant or reserved for extraordinary moments. He is present now—moving in ordinary moments, quiet prayers, daily surrender, and every breath we are given.
Every breath is a gift. Every breath is grace. Every breath is an invitation.
With Every Breath calls teens and leaders to slow down, recognize the Spirit already at work, and live with a deeper awareness of God’s presence each day. It is an invitation to notice the Spirit in daily life, surrender control and trust His movement, move from anxiety to peace, and from striving to surrender.
Our hope is not only that young people learn about the Holy Spirit, but that they encounter Him personally—and discover that when the Spirit moves, everything changes.
