WORK AT AQUINAS
ABOUT AQUINAS
St. Thomas Aquinas is a vibrant Catholic Parish in Avondale, Arizona (about 35 minutes west of downtown Phoenix). With over 10,000 registered families as of 2026, our parish continues to grow in leaps and bounds. This year, we have over 350 souls being fully initiated into the church during the easter season (not including all of the infant baptisms throughout the year).
Life at Aquinas includes beautiful liturgies (five Sunday Masses every weekend), a top-ranked PreK-8th school, a growing Catholic high school right next door, a booming Youth Ministry and Faith Formation, an amazing Welcome center & Cafe, and so much more.
The leadership at Aquinas strives to blend the beauty of our rich, Catholic Tradition with a creative & evangelistic spirit. We are always seeking new ways to bring the gospel to those in our community.
We have a healthy Staff dynamic with a supportive pastor and parish manager. The hierarchy is clear, and there is ample partnership in pursuing success across all aspects of employment.
